Jen Jen has a passion for healing through intuitive, therapeutic touch, something she discovered early on when her father would come home from a particularly stressful day at work and ask her to massage his shoulders. He would ask her what she was doing and why, and she enjoyed including him in what she was doing. This instilled in her the belief that involving the client in their own healthcare process not only heightens their experience, but also greatly improves the results gained from each session.

Jen focuses primarily on Deep Tissue, Muscle Specific work, and Structural and Myofascial Release Therapy. Each session is dictated by the client and what the clients’ tissues are saying, bringing unique challenges to the table every time.

Jen delights in tackling these challenges, learning as much from the client as she is educating them.

She is deeply honored and grateful to be a part of a healthcare team that has the common goal of improving ones’ quality of life, one client at a time, in a natural and holistic way.
